Privacy policy

What we collect

We only ask for what we need to serve you:

• When you book or request an appointment: your name, phone, email if you give it, the service, date and time, your notes and your language.
• When a community contacts us: the community name and type, the city, the contact person’s name and role, their phone and email, and their visit preferences.
• To prevent abuse: a coded version of your IP address (a hash that cannot be read back as the original IP).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and we do not work with ad networks. Only the services that run the site use it:

• Cloudflare: hosts the site and the database, sends your appointment emails, checks forms for bots (Turnstile) and counts visits without cookies.
• Resend: a backup email service, only if it is ever needed.
• The agency that maintains the site, for technical support only.

How we use it

To schedule and confirm your appointments, email you reminders, answer your questions and plan community visits. Nothing else.

Cookies and analytics

Our public pages use no cookies. To know how many people visit, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

We use no ad pixels, no session recording and no third-party chat.

Tracking across other sites

No third party collects information on this site about what you do on other sites. There are no third-party trackers.

Do Not Track signals

Because we do not follow you from site to site, the site works the same when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

How to review or correct your information

Call or text us (or email, once available). Lina can tell you what we hold, correct it or delete it.

How long we keep it

• Appointment emails are deleted after 90 days.
• The coded IP on community requests is deleted after 90 days.
• Community requests that do not go ahead are anonymized after 12 months.
• If you have no appointments for 24 months, we may anonymize your details.
• Our internal change log holds no names or phone numbers and is kept for 3 years.

How we protect it

The whole site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Clients never need a password: your appointment is managed with a signed link. Only Lina and the agency can open the admin panel, with an email code.

Medical information

Please do not send us medical information through the site. What is needed is asked in person.

Children under 13

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Our address

We do not publish an address on the site. We share it only with clients who have a confirmed appointment.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything important, we update the date on this page. If a change affects an appointment you already have, we email you.

Effective date

This policy is effective as of October 15, 2026.
